A confirmation email is sent to the address on file for the member when their order ships.
This confirmation email will contain a tracking link specific to the order or shipment where with 1 click the member is directed to their carrier's tracking page which shows detailed tracking info. Members with orders that have been split for shipment will receive a specific email and tracking link once each individual part of their order ships. Members are also welcome to track their orders online by
- Click on the 'My Account' link after you login
- Click on Orders
- Select the order in question
- Click on 'Track Shipment'
