The pending $1 charge that appears on your statement from Customer are not actual charges; they are pre-authorized holds to verify that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the cost of the order.

Please note that we do not charge your card until your order ships. These pre-authorized holds will drop from your account within 3 to 5 business days of shipment, depending on your bank.
