When will my return be processed?

If you return to a store or return by mail and select Original Form of Payment or Gift Credits, we will begin processing your return as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive a refund and an email once your return has been fully processed. Credit refunds will be available once the return is completed, and credit card refunds will appear on your statement 3-5 days afterwards depending on your financial institution. Please allow up to 14 days total for return shipment and processing.

You can check the status of any return by visiting our website, clicking on the Return No. in your History, and clicking the "Track Shipment" button on the upper right-hand corner. Unfortunately return credit cannot be issued to an account until it is delivered to our facility and processed.
